International Thud Tournament 2008 (ITT08)
Finally! We can start ITT08 in a few weeks. It took a bit longer than usual, but here we go.
A couple of things you need to understand:
1. Unlike other years, Oograh Boike is the sole organiser of ITT08
2. you should therefore sign up with him instead of at thudgame central
3. you should be aware that there is a probability that ITT08 is Forum Only

ITT08 rules
The rules to ITT08 are slightly improved compared to the ITT07 version. Please have a look at this download (Open Document Format) or this download (ms doc). You will be asked if you've read them, and you need to acknowledge in order to be able to play.
ITT08 Timetable
You probably want to know when this is all going to happen. You should be able to stick to the 24-hour rule, so please have a look at the timetable below to see if you can fit ITT08 into your schedule.
- signing up ends november 8th, 2008
- Round one starts november 9th, ends november 22nd
- Round two starts november 23rd, ends december 9th **
- Final and Semi-Final start december 10th, end december 23rd
If there are more players than previous years, there might be a Round Three, and we'll have to discuss how (or rather: when) to play the (Semi-)Final. I won't require you to play at Christmas, or New Year's Eve, I promise.
**Round Two will have an official pause to accomodate those that visit Hogswatch Wincanton. Pause starts friday nov 29th, at 11 am, and ends at monday dec 1st, at 11 am (plus any hours left of your 24).
